Just bought a new 2011 Citadel 6 weeks ago. When I picked it up I noticed the compass didn't register and the fog lights didn't work. Took it back to dealer to fix- when I went to pick it up the fog lights had been fixed and the compass was working. They had to take down the headliner in the process they broke the driver side coat hook and said they are waiting for the part. Took it on a road trip and found out all of the electronics below the radio weren't working i.e. tow/haul, heated steering wheel, park assist off etc. and the DVD player wasn't working. Took it back to dealer again and they took down the headliner again and said they are waiting for a new headliner because the electronics are all connected in the headliner component. They told me over 4 weeks ago it had been sent out but no tracking # issued. Now they tell me it is on back order. I am confused and frustrated. Anyone else having electical issues related to headliner??

Sorry about the issues, but it sounds like it may be dealer related. Is it possible to work with another dealer in your area?

 

They called this a.m. and said it is in. Let's see if they can install it without breaking something else. And hope it fixes all the issues. Will update next week.
