Inserting Pics

How are you guys inserting pictures to your threads? When I try, it refers to a URL website. See lots of you doing it, wondering how?

Get a photobucket account and upload the pics u want there. This sure doesnt allow much space for pics so upload them there and simply post here between image tags [img][/img]
