I have a friend at justforjeeps looking into the suspension and sway bars of the durango vs. grand cherokee vs. grand cherokee srt8
We may get lucky and the grand cherokee suspension is the same as the durango. We will also know shortly if the grand cherokee SRT8 sway bars will fit the wk2/wd. They are a couple millimeters larger than the wk2 stock sway bars
tow pkg equipped trucks require you to swap in the standard shocks, but they are only about $110 shipped for the pair. I believe we may also require the standard shock mounts but havent verified that 100% as of yet.
Here is where I have a unique D I think. I have all tow pkg features minus the hitch and harness(dont need to tow with this D) But I got all the heavy duty cooling and oil cooling as well as load leveling rear suspension etc.
I think this D sits at a pretty good height right from the factory maybe the rear could stand to be dropped an inch or so.

I know we would have to use the standard shocks for those of us with the load leveling units with tow pkg. I would love a bit of a drop front and rear, so I'm very curious about this!
