I have had mine on for a few months with no issues or ride complaints. They event felt great over 130 mph. I put 285s on mine. Rather hit tire than rim.

I went 275/40-22 and i'm very happy with my set up but the 285's should be fine as well!!

I have 285 40 as well and they seem perfect to me

285 will line you up with upper fender anything wider will stick out from fender. I am concerned if I drop it that itll rub.
