Default Intake and exhaust question

I was curious as to the different intake and exhaust some people are running on their Hemi 3G Durangos. I have a friend that can do custom mandrel bend piping, but I haven't done a custom set up like that before using mufflers from a company like magna flow or Borlaug. Would anybody recommend this or just go for a cat back from one of the companies. Also what have you guys seen as far as performance issues and sound quality?

either way is fine...prob cheaper to do yourself however the cat back kits are nice because its very easy to return to stock if you need to for warranty isues

most of my cars i have made custom kits for with weld in flowmaster or magnaflow mufflers...it is very easy with the right tools

Cant go wrong either way, i have the flowmaster catback system and i'm very happy with it! Borla and Magnaflow also offers very nice kits that are a lil bit tamer as far as sound but all are nice kits!

I am thinking of going with Flowmaster for my R/T - do you have the American Thunder?

Nice, I will check them out! I dont want something that may irritate the numbers, but if they havent complained in 4 years with my motorcycle, then I doubt there'd be an issue if I upgrade the exhaust on the R/T.
