The 3.09 only comes on the V6, not the HEMI.

I'm going to be honest here, but having anything less than a 3.92 in a huge SUV like the new Durangos/Grand Cherokees is absolutely horrible. Chrysler obviously doesn't care about having a functional ratio. All of this crap about who can get the best P MPGs out of their V8's is getting to be a joke. They are too lazy to make the engines better, so instead they cut the gears. Total BS.
