Well, hate to break it to you, but to raise the headlights, you turn counter-clockwise. I didn't see any side adjustment. Also, the adjustment requires a long, large, Phillips screwdriver. The Phillips receptacle is just a piece of blue plastic. And while I got the passenger side adjusted ok, the driver's side striped (and very easily), so I guess that one will have to stay where it is. :-(
No need to "hate to break it to me"! But it just depends on whether the adjustment screw pivot point attaches to the top or the bottom of the reflector assembly. Anyway, there is most likely another adjustment point. Usually in addition to the adjuster gear, there is usually hex bolt adjustment on the back of the headlight that you can turn as well. You just put a wrench on it or a ratchet/socket. They are mostly 8mm or smaller. If not a hex, then most likely another philips adjuster. Try to get a peek a the back of the headlight!

Yes, hex key is what I mean, normal hex keys are tall enough to reach the screw. Be careful, you don't want to further strip the adjustment screw with a flat-head.
Cruiser478, what can I say -- you're a genius! My largest hex key fit just barely, and I was still able to give it a couple of turns. Of course it still has to be turned counter-clockwise ;-)

Thanks.
I'm glad you managed to properly aim your headlights' beam.
I just put HIDs in my Durango and had to point the beam lower and it is very easy..It's a blue screw on the top of the headlight and turn it clockwise to lower it..Works great..
