Default Hemi Engine Cover

Is the big plastic Hemi cover on the top of the engine supposed to be held down by anything? Mine is just sitting on top of the engine and can be lifted completely off without unlatching, unbolting or unscrewing it. Just doesn't seem right.

So is it suppose to snap in place on the tabs? Mine just rests on top of the posts/tabs.

OK. I finally got it to 'Snap' on. You really have to hit it pretty hard above each of the 4 tabs. I was afraid I might break the plastic but I didn't.
