I need a favor. I have the 2011 V6 Express model. Something caught my eye today. I was looking at the back of my rear view mirror and I noticed a hole in the head liner dead center with the mirror right against the wind shield. I assume it's for wiring but I don't have wiring coming from my mirror. I would like to know if anyone else has that hole in the headliner and if 1. there is a plug of some sort covering it or 2. You have nothing there.

 

Just went out and looked and didn't see any hole, but I have the Citadel Hemi. Post a pic so we can see what you're describing.

 

It might be for the rain sensing wipers. I have an RT.....I only have a mirror there, but I have seen something else mounted between the windshield and mirror on a Citadel.

 

There are wires that run from the roof to the mirror for the auto dimming mirror and for the mic for the uconnect in the mirror if you have just a regular mirror that's why there is the hole(absence of wires)
