Super nice. Wish my Citadel had the Captain's Chairs. Wasn't available. Only thing missing.

It does. The lid of the rear console flips backwards for people in the second row to access then it can flip forward for the 3rd row to access. The whole console is bolted down and does not move, but they sure thought out the access points
