Clunk while slowing down
Hello all:
My 2012 Durnago SXT AWD (5 speed auto) has been experiencing a loud clunking sound while slowing down. I notice it mostly while coming to stop signs. It is loud enough that passengers notice it as well. Kind of embrassing for new vehicle. It only does the clunk noise some of the time. The dealer looked at it but could not replicate the cause. Feel like the torque converter is unlocking then clunking. Engine will surge at same time. My build date is August, 2011.
Let me know if anyone else has had the same issue or found a potential fix etc.
