Craig is referring to us not being able to ship the next round of these till around end of Feb sometime. Coastaltech is backordered on a micro chip needed to finish the build of the units. So once we get them we will ship out all orders to everyone

listen I ordered a V5 lockpick from you guys but the one you have on the picture has a ipod connector the one you send me does not. can I get the correct one and send back the one you send me, Thank you Franco

Franco, you want the CHR550 which is on backorder, not the V5 which does NOT have the ipod/iphone connector.

You ordered the V5 and need the CHR550
The 550 is still not available as Coastaltech can not get the Microchips needed to make them.

Dennis Not a problem But I have a small issued with the V5. everything works but when the navigation is on the MPH stays on 0.
Is there any way to fix this
