I have a 2012 Durango Crew with the 430 radio.
In the manual it says there says there is a second USB port in the center console I take that to mean under the arm rest with the 12v port but I can't find it.

The online manual also says there are 2 usb ports, The first is obviously on the unit, where is the second one?

My dealer said its not there any more.

 

You have one on the radio, the second one is in the center console. Lift the top part of the console (not the large compartment, the upper small one). Look inside, towards the end with the hinge....you should see it there.

Mine is a 2011, so I'm not sure about the 2012's.

 

To add to the last post, when you reach under for the latch, there are two latches. One opens the big compartment you refer to, the other latch opens only a small compartment above that. That's where the USB port lives.

 

There is a 3rd one in the optional center console with the 2nd row captains chairs

 

Yes, but that is charge only - no connection to the radio.
