Angry Fog lights not working!

I swear, I don't know if I just have bad luck with this damn truck! But every time the dealer replaces the TIPM to fix one problem, there's a new problem the next week. Now my fog lights are completely not working. Monday they didn't work. Then yesterday they worked fine. Now today they don't work again. There's no fuse to check. No relay. It's like you have to take it back to the dealer for every single thing. The switch is working because the fog light indicator works on the cluster. But for some reason, no power is going to the bulbs.

I've learned from my first car not to mess with anything electrical.... Too many things that can go wrong these days with electrical mods. Especially when there is a computer (PCM, TIPM, etc) monitoring every little thing.... I do hope your issue is fixed, but if you have electrical issues and have electrical modifications, I would think it to be too easy a cop-out for the dealer to say it's not warranty.

It's most likely related to the can-bus system. If it senses too much current draw (like from the higher initial inductive current draw of HID's), it will turn off that circuit to save the vehicle electrical system. It is doing what it is designed to do, if that is the issue.

Fixed. Dealer had to reprogram something!
