Default EVIC does not respond

Hi all,
I have a 2011 Durango Crew. For some reason, the EVIC buttons stopped working today. I'm talking about the buttons on the left side of the steering wheel (up, down, left, right, back). And the buttons behind the steering wheel do not function either. However, the cruise control buttons do work fine. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Quangtran,

This isn't something I've heard of before. If the vehicle has not been diagnosed yet, you may want to inquire with a dealer to look further into your concerns. Being a 2011 vehicle, depending on your kilometers, the Durango could still be covered under warranty.

If you want to PM me your VIN# I can review this for you.
