i mean the piping after the resonator or mufflers of the xpipe, if you look at the install instructions for magnaflow 15068, the piping after looks slightly different with the bends etc, thats where i maybe have screwed up, but not sure.

HMM Mine was used but it was all one piece after the X pipe on each side

thats all 1 piece, i'm just wondering if i might have put the passenger side as the drivers side etc since its such a minor difference between passenger side and drivers side.

thats a picture of the X pipe as seen in the instruction manual.

verified that i had it on right, and nothings rubbing, and all clamps tightened appropriately, not that easy to figure out whats causing this drone! must be something to do with 2014s, as the only other drone comment i've heard about this was on a 2014 on another forum. Most with 2013s and earlier seem to love the magnaflows!

Drone occurs at a specific resonant frequency, which occurs when the engine is at a specific RPM. It could be that due to the 8-speed transmission in the 2014s, the 2014 Durango may spend more time at the resonant frequency/RPMs than pre-2014s.
