Default 12 Versus 13

I went and looked at the 12 and the 13 R/T today and I couldn't really tell a difference other than the Nav looked different. The salesman said there wasn't any difference but due to the large rebate I should buy the 12. Not that I don't think the salesman is pushing the old one for incentives but I thought I would pop in here. Can anyone point me to a comparison list or does anyone know the difference?

My lease runs out soon or it would be a no-brainer to wait on the 14 but I don't have that option.

Thanks!

I didn't see any differences except price when I compared a '12 and a '13. I bought a '12.

Thank you for your reply. I am glad to see it wasn't just me. Parked next to each other I couldn't easily tell the difference. Hopefully they carry the current incentives over to November.

Depending on dealer stock levels in your area, you will most likely get a better deal on the outgoing 2012's right now than the incoming 2013 models.

They will carry the incentives untill all the 12's are sold. So as long as there are 12's unsold, there will be rebates.

Keep in mind the future trade in value when deciding, just an example, if you save $1k now on the '12, but lose $2k later due to the 1 year older model year.....etc

I bought a 2010(motorcycle) instead of a '12, and the only reason I bought the older one(both brand new) is because I plan on keeping it for a long time. by the time I sell it, its not going to really matter the age(aka who cares if its a 1990 or a 1992) and I will have a bunch of miles on it by that time(its just my commuter bike)

That said, I think if your not going to trade it in within the next 10 years, you should be good, but if you do trade it in, then I would agree to go with the newer D.
