Cool I hope it solves your problem, us non leveling people need to find a cure as well. I'm still trying all options, no fix yet.

When you get it back please post part numbers from service ticket as well

Noticed sound is there but not as bad while hard on the brakes. Ideas? Caliper issue? Maybe brake shoe shims needed?

I have had the auto leveling shocks replaced twice and the clunk/thud problem persists. Dodge is now offering to replace the auto leveling shocks with the standard shocks. I pucharsed this ride with the tow package to allow me the abilty to tow up to 7200lbs(one of the big reasons I traded my Ford Flex in). I don't want the ride height to change nor do I want lower the towing capacity too much. I suppose I would give up a little to get a quieter smoother ride. What will I compromise if I allow them to replace the shocks with the standard ones?

I replaced them with standard ones, but the springs are to soft and the back of the D sags its almost the same height as the front. So i went a step a head and replaced the springs also, to high in the back and looked like the D had air shocks all this done and its quiet as can be. before u know it i ordered the fronts total cost to me was 500.00 its a pleasure to drive now even with 7 people and cargo in the rear

Thumbs up

Long story short, I just switch the oem 20" for 22" then I have now a smooth ride with no bumps at all, maybe a bit noisy cause the 22" tires but smooth.
