Different electrical system... I think it's Fiat based... don't think the swap would work.

I like the shifter... rather have that since whenever I get jumbo drinks from "wherever", said drink always gets in the way of the shifter when putting into park or drive.

The best part of the changes is the new wheels!

Jaguar/LR use the same type of "shifter" in their new vehicles as well...

I'm just surprised it didn't have the same new shifter that's in the tweaked GC (which is like the ones used in new BMW's and Audi's).

I like all the updates a lot. I'm most jealous about the instrument panel and the 8spd. I even like the dial shifter since I'm not a big fan of the joystick-type shifter they are putting in the GC, 300, Charger, etc and like mentioned above, our shifter rubs larger drinks. I've had a few rent cars with the updated handle clicker shifter and I just do not like them. I'm also not a real big fan of that new NAV/Uconnect setup. Great screen, but navigating through it is a little annoying at times.

I got a pretty heafty discount on my 2013, so I wouldn't say I have buyer's remorse after looking at the updated 2014. The updates would be nice to have, but I'm not sure if they are worth the extra money to me.

Dodge did a good job with this one.

I swear they better have a way to upgrade our headlights to 2k14 or I'll be PISSED.

I am sure there is a way but it's gonna involve new fenders, grill and some wiring changes.
Just watched the launch the did a few subtle changes to the body on the nose as well as Grill and trim pieces.
