Default Inexpensive solutions

Like most of us, I would like to have Weathertech or some similar brand of mat in the back of the D. $75 to $125 or more. I also want an organizer, mostly due to the golf crap I carry around. So for the grand total $25 I took care of the issues. First is an $18.00 mat from Home Depot. The kind you see in front of stores. 3' x 5'. Tucks in under the second row seat. Second is an organizer from TJ Maxx. $7.00. Dodge and Target have similar for $30.00. You can use the mat carpet side up. If you carry some wet stuff, you can turn it over. Pulls out easily to vacuum or power wash if need be. The organizer folds flat and can hang on the hook as shown when not in use. It is fairly rigid when open.

Looks like the mat really fits nicely.

Yes it does fit nicely. There is about 1 foot more length tucked down behind the middle seat row. When those seats are down, the extra length helps bridge the gap. And if you need to use the 3rd row seats, the mat easily rolls up. One other thing I like about it is the ability to pull it out over the bumper. If you have something heavy to load, you can lean it up against the mat and then lift the other end to slide it in, without scratching the bumper. And if it ever looks so bad you don't want it in your car, you won't feel bad about tossing it and getting a new one!

I just picked one up tonight it does fit great. I did not want to buy the weather tech mat for the back because there is no where to put it when the seats are up.. Thanks for the idea
