Been experiencing a hesitation/bump/slip when accelerating from a stop. It was bugging the crap out of me, so I mentioned it to the delearship in March. They reflashed all the related modules, but there was no new version. Immediately off the lot, I felt the acceleration issue return. After reading this forum post, I mentioned TSB 21-003-13 while dropping my ride off at the dealership for an oil change. I've gotten some static previously when referring to TSBs, but this guy was cool. They hooked it up, saw that my vehicle met the requirements, flashed... I've not experienced the acceleration bump in the last two days. I also notice a different feel when crossing over the 50 MPH threshold. I never really paid much attention to the shudder at 50 MPH, but I do notice it's gone now. Will report back in a week or so, to rule out any placebo possibilities.
To everyone sticking this one out... thanks.
To those with a 2011 Durango having these issues... wow, it's a long time coming.

One week end, things are definitely smoother. Still notice a small bump when accelerating from a stop on an incline, but overall things run a little smoother. Will post again in another week or so.

Afternoon everyone! When bringing in my car this morning for service i referenced both these TSB's. I have a 2011 Hemi Durango. I was informed that the DCTM was flashed with the updates.
I thought of something though after the fact. Each of the TSB's refer to the "Two Speed on Demand Transfer Case" and specific Rear Axles. However, the rear axles in each of the (2) TSB's are different. They range from 215MM and 225MM (21-004-13) and 230MM (21-003-13). In an effort to obtain the latest flashes while under warranty for issues i was experiencing, I referenced both of these TSB's.
Is it possible that the Tech's computer would allow the DCTM to be programmed if one of these TSB's didn't apply for whatever reason based on these various rear axles? Are there any checks performed before software is loaded as i am not even sure which Rear Axle I personally have? Just don't want to cause issues when i am trying to do the opposite in having something corrected for incompatibility. Thanks!!

The sales codes for your vehicle are read by the computer to determine which download would be the right one for your vehicle.
Thanks so much FSTDANGO03 and DodgeCares, very much appreciate your responses!
After driving around the last few days since the updates and along familiar routes where i used to experience the issues, I definitely notice improvements in smoothness!! Very glad to finally have this issue resolved!
