Question A nice H11 alternative

I found these two website's for H11 upgrade kit, not HID kit but LED 1200 lm output kit. I do love LED. What do you think?

They seem to be producing more powerful leds, soon they should have 2000 plus lumen replacements. These have 1200 lumens as stated.

I'd wait till you can buy one from a reputable company first... then you'll know it's ok to get. I say that because to me a headlight is a safety item, and I wouldn't trust my life to something that hasn't been proven or DOT certified yet.

Funny you say that because I recall a thread where a guy was complaining that his factory lights where shutting off by themselves! Lol!

I hear you. Really dislike the H11 bulbs.

I can't even imagine how much that would suck... i.e. driving 80 miles per hour down an interstate at night and the headlights go out.

I had the headlight on a motorcycle go out once. On a curve, in the middle of nowhere, 60mph. Now THAT sucks.

For some amazing reason i had the sense to jiggle the starter switch after the brights/low beam light didn't make anything happen. The starter switch cuts the lights while starting, and I had one before noticed there was a bad connection there. It worked, lights came back on. Also lucky the sensor that prevents the starter from actually kicking in while in gear DID work.
