The only way is to pull it off from the front unless u want to take apart the whole front end apart!

I was able to remove mine by lightly putting a screwdriver under the badge and working my way across from left to right. Once the first tab is popped away it come off.

Took mine off today, used a hook tool to release the tabs on the back side. came out very easy except for the fact the left side tab was already broken, So Im going to the dealer to attempt to get a replacement one under warranty just in case I want to change it back later. The photo I attached earlier in this post is incorrect as it's for the charger and not the D. Our part number is #68146392AA. The cost is about 41.00 on Steve White Dodge ( Ebay ). It has two tabs one behind the "O" and the other behind the "E". the tabs release from the bottom upward in the center of the tab.

I pulled mine off without breaking anything. I bought a emblem for another Dodge and not for the Durango, so it had to be installed with 3M tape. By the time it falls off, the Durango priced emblem should be less money I hope.

Put the badge on today and love the look of it but the recess from the old badge is driving me nuts after a few hours so I think on a decent weather day I'll bust out the dremel and remove it to match everything up as best I can!!

do it CMIL that is what I did and if you take your time it looks nice. I heated up and exacto blade and just touched it to the inside perimeter of the cut out part to make the plastic look like it was not cut.
