If anyone wants a build sheet just PM me your vin and a email address on where to send it. I can send it via PM but often the character limit on the forum is reached and I have to split it up into 2 messages. Very much easier to read if you get it email rather than PM.

A BIG THANK YOU Dodge Cares! got my build sheet and WOW, my sheet shows I have both the CLGS ( cargo cover ) and CLHS ( cargo net ), both items I did not get when I took delivery and when I questioned it they told me "No" it doesn't come with it". I emailed my salesman but I seriously doudt they are going to do anything about it, I have been very difficult with them squeezing every dollar I could get out of them. I will see what they say they file a complaint if needed.

Well, I called Dodge Customer Cares 1800-423-6343, and explained my situation, the Rep confirmed my truck was suppose to have both items and then called the dealership where I purchased the truck while I was on hold. The Rep. said the salemen will be contacting me shortly to get those items ordered for me. So we will see when he calls.

Default Patience Pays Off

I had a case with my Radio not showing correct space, its in a thread here somewhere, was shoiwng 10gb instead of 20. Dealer said it was because of updates. Anyway after three weeks of my research back and forth woth dodge cares and dealer, got a new radio replaced. Just all depends if you want to take the attitude of "I should get what I paid for, or do I want to deal with the grief and bs of the dealership"

Ok, pm'g dodge guy now for my info

I just don't get what the dealership gains by cheating people...eventually they will get caught as they have here, and eventually they will be outta business.
But the radio wth All they had to do was say something is wrong we will get you a new one. They dont have to pay for it and they get paid to do it...makes no sense

Can anyone post a picture of net hooks from 2012 or 2013 D. The 2011 did not have a way to put a net on it.

+1.. their first job should be cultivating relationships with their customers but they continue to drop the ball!
