Well after reviewing my build sheet I found the code for the flashlight, yup suppose to have it. I sent another email to my salesman pointing out the missing items. The problem I have is the stealership is 4 hours South of me. They know it and are probably giving me the number one sign. customer Care will be hearing from me again if I don't get a response tomorrow. I though I got a great deal and now I just feel used and violated, haha

same here, I took delivery and have the shade, got home and realized no flash light or net. I dont care about the net, but called for the light and they sent it to me...

My '11 crew came with flashlight and cargo cover, but no netting (other than what is built into backs of seats). My cargo cover is collecting dust in my garage from almost day one as was the one on my previous vehicle. When in place it is in the way mostly when hauling things in the back - a pretty useless option IMO. Honda and others have figured out a way to store in floor when not needed, seems that Dodge could figure that one out too.

I have found great use in the cover...I make my mother in law get in the back and cover her up on long trips with the family!
