Look at your window sticker. It should list your radio ID #. I.e media center 130 or sales code RES+RSC. Or Uconnect 430/430n etc. Post it so we know how to help you. I believe that all touch screen/ back up camera equipped units have navigation according to the "BIG" owners manual I have. Anybody have info otherwise?

 

The 430n/RHB has nav. The 430/RBZ no nav.

 

Well there you go. Thanks Victor, that should help him out. Now just go find a nav equipped 430n that someone ripped out on eBay or craigs list and swap it in.

 

Happened to me too and I have the bu camera: no NAV button or softkey on the screen. Frustrating thing was that the dealer dude told me it had NAV so I didn't bother to look (will next time). Spent a lot of time in the manual and online trying to see what the trick was to bring it up...Didn't find one so went out and bought a Garmin...Maybe it's a conspiracy... Feelin' pretty stupid right about now..
