Default rear headrests go up any higher?

I have the bench seating in the middle and the 3rd row. I can't seem to get any of the headrests to go up naturally, yesterday one of the headrests came loose and went up further but when I put it down I couldn't get it to go up higher again. I didn't know if that was a fluke or am I missing something?

The third row doesn't go up higher but I am curious about second row as well.

The center row bench outer headrest are fixed and hinged so that the seats can fold flat. The only adjustable headrest is for the center seat in the bench, which pulls up from just above the armrest when it is in the stowed position.

That's a bummer. The headrest that I had accidentally go up was the 3rd row. It must've just came loose or something unusual.
