So I ordered up an InTune for my 2012 Durango R/T from Dennis at DoubleD Mods. Great price, great service, highly recommend.

I've loaded the "Diablo" (93 Octane) tune and have the "Throttle Booster" set at 20%. I have to say the truck is SO much more responsive and feels like it should have shipped from the factory.

The "butt dyno" doesn't feel a huge acceleration difference, but it's definitely there. The truck is heavy and therefore the acceleration feels smooth, but I constantly catch myself going 10mph faster than I thought I was.

Bottom line: I highly recommend the Diablosport tuner.

Question: Does anyone know of a reputable tuner doing custom tunes for Diablosport and/or for the 5.7L Hemi? The only reason I ask is that I would really like to dial-in the shift points, as I still feel like the truck upshifts far too quickly (bogging in 4th at 30mph) and requires too much throttle input to downshift. What a crazy stupid transmission this otherwise kick *** truck has!

Jersey tuner, Johan, Mike @ OST, and Hemituner are the only ones I'd ever get a tune from. I'm sure there are others but be careful. Would hate to have your expensive toy tuned by someone who "thinks" they know CMR...

 

Sean@Hemifever.com is a great guy to deal with. I had him do the SCT for my Gen 1 D and he was great.
