RT Badging on front Grill? Yes/No?
I didn't drill out the slots because I am contemplating going to a Mopar logo in the near future
I had the extra R/T logo laying around from when I blacked out my Charger grill. I bought an extra badge to have my vinyl guy inlay the white vinyl into my Charger R/T logo. In the event he messed up I had a back up plan. He ended up doing a great job. I also like the size of the Charger badge in comparison to others.

I had the early 2012 badge which did not have the red strips, i removed the original, snapped in half. Ordered a new one with stripes, snapped in shipping. was refunded some $ for it since i did not want to deal with shipping and hassle again. i just cut out the general shape for each letter and with a sharp exacto knife, cut the letters out. hair dryer helps adhesion. Paint would have worked and probably easier, but i was afraid of chipping and such. 3m has a black pearl vinyl which match the paint perfect, local vinyl shop should have it. Did all the chrome on the D in it. Had that done professionally besides the badge, did that myself. Now removing the badge, ummm, slowly and carefully, or check up underneath the D, since there is tabs to be pressed. last resort remove the bumper or do the paint/vinyl on a comfy stool with a cold one while badge is still attached.
I thought about doing that, but they want ~$35.00 for the emblem. I'm not willing to pay that much for some plastic emblem...
