Someone put Kumho's on our 08 Avenger RT AWD telling us how great they were. So my wife had them put on. Within 2000 miles they kept coming out of balance and within 15k miles they were off the car. Put back on the factory spec Bridgestone Potenza's and that was 40k miles ago, I may have to put new ones on next winter!

 

If you are looking for some high quality tires that'll last, try look at the Michelin Latitude. I see a lot of them last past 50k and still have plenty of treads left.
I've seen the Grand Cherokee comes with these tires go past 60k miles and still have a little bit of tread on them.

I've installed a set on my Dad's SUV, got 30k and look like it can go another 40k miles before it hit the wear bar.

And their traction and ride comfort aren't bad either. Only down fall is they are expensive.
