An intake will not void your warranty as long as it uses one of the dry filters. If you have one that is oiled, and they can prove oil from the filter got somewhere and caused issues, that could void your warranty. Thats what I was told at my dealer

 

But Each dealer is somehow different. I ran into that a lot with my old subaru.
OP, Looks good! I also have the mopar CAI and love it! I like that it doesn't make the wooshing noise some cheap intakes make.

 

My dealer hasn't said anything about my mods, but I agree it varies from dealer to dealer.
