I'm going to vinyl wrap my chrome roof rails, mirrors, lower front lip and side skirts either black or color matched. A little chrome is ok but I bought mine because of the mileage and options. If I could've found a black rt with ventilated seats, tow package, roof and dvd, I would have gotten it but I was looking for options and the dark cherry has always looked nice.

 

Took the GTO to an impromptu car show at Hooters last Sunday (Had to show off). Saw this wrapped Caddy. Owner worked at the shop that did it. He said they take apart as much of the car as they can when they apply it. Tried to get him to give an est of the cost but he wouldn't. Had to talk to his "boss". Must say it didn't get me excited. Not a fan of no gloss.

 

That is UGLY in my opinion!

 

I'm not a fan of wrapping the whole vehicle... Caddy looks like a Crappy IMHO. The GTO is outstanding. I just thought instead of replacing the the chrome parts, it would be cheaper to wrap them in vinyl and not worry about black plastic turning white in the sun. My chrome side skirts are showing scratches from getting in and out of the D. The door handles, grill, tail light and rims are enough chrome I think.
