Default Air conditioning not cold

2013 RT with less than 3,000 miles.
It was 100 deg today, and air set all the way down to "LO" with fan on full speed, car still not cool enough.Girlfriend who normally doesn't like air too cold, was warm too.
I've suspected there was a problem earlier ,because I would have to turn the air on full blast to cool the car on a 75 deg day.
Anyone else have any problems with theirs?
Any Techs out there? What temps should I see coming out the vents?

It should be between 48-65 degrees Fahrenheit depending on the outside ambient temp. My suggestion is to let the dealership test if for you if you think it is not operating up to snuff.

My only question would be, have you tried using the recirculation function during times in A/C mode with high outside heat?

Outside air 87 deg
Air at vent after 10 min. = 64 deg
Yes, I always use the recirc mode , and it is cooler that way , but 64 deg at the vents is not cooling the car enough

64 is not nearly cool enough. It should be in the low 50's.

Take it to the dealer. If its a 13, should def be under warranty

I had to take my 2012 v6 DD in because of not cooling and the problem was the freon was underfilled from the factory. When they evac all the freon it came up short from what it was supposed to be. They refilled it and topped it off and has been fine ever since

An overfill situation could cause the problem as well. Best to have the dealership take a look in this case.

Success
Air at vent now 50 deg.
Dealer said it was low on freon.

I looked up and saw a black D being washed, asked if they wash all cars, Guy says NO, we ask first. Me.....good because I don't want mine washed.
Get a closer look.....dang, it's Mine. Now I need to polish out the swirl marks LOL
