Now that the weather has warmed up, I am driving around with windows down. I just noticed a rattle that almost sounds like a loose heat shield.

Anyone experienced something similar? Obviously will get the the dealer soon, but would like some help pinpointing the problem.

I hope yours turns out simpler than mine did. My 2012 Citadel AWD had the loose heat shield rattle sound (up front somewhere). first noticed it at about 4000 mi. Local dealer had the truck a total of 14 days over multiple times with multiple attempts to fix it spanning 4+ months. The dealer replaced bushings in the suspension, the strut towers, etc., etc. all to no effect.
With assistance from Dodge engineering they finally found improperly torqued bolt(s) on the front bumper under the fascia. There were no articles or bulletins for that one.
