WOW... i just renewed for a 2nd 6 mo period.

i get offers for 6mo for $25. i told them i wanted to cancel if they would not match it again. finally they did.

I played this game before. If you cancel you will likely receive a "We want you back" postcard with a discounted price. I will wait it out because I really don't use the Satelite radio and frankly used Travellink on a limited basis.

My year ran out a few weeks ago. I received numerous mailings for discount radio prices. Finally called on their last flyer and got radio for 4.99 a month for 6 months, no commitment. Didn't ask about travel link.

Travel link itself is worthless. I complained A LOT about the price and the poor radio sound quality. I got it for next to nothing.

Next time you hear a song on Sirius, listen to the same song on a CD, or from your phone, or even on FM and you'll find the sound quality difference is HUGE.

I think they are in real trouble financially and so are desperate to keep customers.

Agreed, the sound quality is poor for music. Playing music from the HDD or steaming Pandora in HD blows away Satelite.
