I'd suggest this is a highly unusual occurrence given the incredible quality procedures and standards used by not only manufacturers, but suppliers as well. Something really freaky happened here.

I agree (rare) although my R/T came with body colored painted wheel trim on the drivers side and the base models un painted trim on the pass side.
