I'm sure you know this already but you have to pitch it in such a way that she thinks it was her decision to do the MOD. ex. Honey, I wish their was a way to get better gas mileage in the DD......long pause........ I did read an article about adding a CAI ( that's cold air intake, honey) to the engine of the truck which makes it breath better.......long pause.............Then use my trick: so you like that idea of better gas mileage right babe.....HEHE....
It's always easier to ask for forgiveness than it is to get permission, so I'm thinking of doing it that way.
BTW Victory were those Mopar pedals easy to install? I know I can sneak those past her and then do the install when she's at the gym. In and out, no blood, no foul. Slick and sick.

Her first question is ALWAYS "How much is this going to cost us?" and there is no way finese that; we've had this type of discussion several times over the years. :-)

Sneaky! Nice I like it. My wifee knows the rules. I control everything in the garage and she gets to pick everything in the house. the downside is the freakin flower print and pink sheets, the upside all the fun stuff I get to do to all my rides whoooohaaa

Shrk, V is exactly right the hood cost $400 to get painted.
V, I actually put the shark fin on the truck and caliper covers. I need to update my sig. Damn this forum for all the money I spend. LOL
You are exactly right about the looks, not a day goes by we don't get looks in this truck. I had a guy yell as he passed me at a stop sign "Hey man Nice truck". She gets a kick out of it.
