Well I took the truck to the dealership, for the noise we are hearing. And they changed the lower control arm. While driving home about 3 miles later the noise came back. So we are taking the thruck back in on Monday. BTW I took the passenger side caliber cover off just to be sure that I didn't do anything that I shouldn't have done and the noise still persist. I will post once they figure the issue out.

The issue was where in placed my floor jack to lift up the truck. I placed it on the Y or V shape bracket next to the tire, bending the bracket as I lifted it up. This was causing the noise we were hearing. It is a 400 dollar bracket from the dealer but they charged me 200 since I had to take it back a couple of times since they couldn't figure it out.

Whew thank heavens I could install mine without any jacking up needed. I probably would have done this too.

So in other words make sure we know where the jacking points are before we try this at home, right?

Thanks for the reply. I am afraid I may have done the same thing. I looked in the manual and I did not see the supposed jack point indicator, and I thought there was really only one point to jack from when I looked under the rig.
