I was looking at those and others earlier but lucked out and found a used chrome Citadel grille on eBay for the same price, plus $30 shipping. A new chrome grille is about $350 plus whatever the shop will charge for labor to install.
The inserts are certainly easier to install and cheaper, but the replacement grille is "factory correct".
I guess it depends on the look you're after.

I'd order them. I love my grille. But for $350 and basic tools i would just order the real deal. Or post on here wanting to trade. Your black for their chrome. Good option for those wanting the murder loook

 

I ordered the inserts on Monday. They'll b here fri. I'll post pix as soon as I get them on

 

I haven't done the swap yet, plus I don't know how to post pix here . . . :-(
