2012 Durango Won't Start

To make sure we're all on the same page, when you say "won't turn over" do you mean the starter motor doesn't even try to engage? When you attempt to start the truck does the instrument cluster and warning indicators illuminate like you would expect when things are working well? Did you by chance reverse the jumper cables by accident at some point? Have you checked all the fuses to make sure none are blown?

I'm having a similar issue but different scenario. We have had very cold temps in Jersey for the last two weeks. I put a new battery in our 2012 Citadel about a week ago and no problems until I used it to jump start another vehicle in our fleet. I got the truck stuck in a little snow right after the jump and it stalled. Since then it wont turn over. Had the TIPM replaced prior to the recall about two years ago, so I don't think its that again. I am thinking that the computer went a foul when I used it to jump the other car. All the power (radio, lights, door locks etc.) seem to operate normal. Does anyone have any input on this? I don't really want to tow it to the dealer for a big $ fix if I can avoid it. Can we reset the computer or try anything else?
Regarding the original gist of this thread...something is amiss there and I wouldn't go suspecting the TIPM right off the bat. 9 out of 10 TIPM issues with this vehicle are related to the fuel pump relay and that's not your issue.

Just Got my DD back from shop . Dealer said they found two codes that caused this issue (TSB#18-035-11 , TSB#08-053-11. They installed 4275086AD accordin to them reflashed the pcm and inspected the TIPM. Hopefully its taken care of . Electrical issues always seem to be the worst and annoying ones . If anyone else has this issue run with this info to the dealers shop.
TSB 08-053-11 deals with a malfunction of the OEM "alarm" system which essentially immobilizes the vehicle when certain signals are communicated properly between the car and the key fob. Here's a link to it:

Maybe that's your issue Jayyme. Most of the issues related to the Durango not even turning over relate to some issue with communication between the PCM/ignition module and your key fob, which if there's a malfunction even taking off the start button and sticking the key in, it still won't work. Most of the time, if the TIPM is the problem the vehicle will turn over but not start. Another good thing to check is your battery. A weak battery can play havoc with a Dodge vehicle and mimic many other problems. Maybe have that replaced.
