Shocks have been replaced and sound persists. The good news is the dealership acknowledges the problem and hasn't given up. They are now waiting on Dodge engineers to get back to them with the what the next step as the sound disappeared when they drove the unit without shocks. The driveline tsb was also completed but it still feels like something is catching in the rear end when I accelerate from a standstill.
