Lemon Law?
I am about to do it and would like to know since the new body style change in 2011 until now how many of you sued Chrysler using the Lemon Law and if you do not mind for what reason?
Mine is for the blue smoking issue they CANNOT fix. I bought my 13' Durango R/T this past June. They currently have no fix for it and I am not about to wait another two years for a posible fix like the soppesed fix with the oil pan that came out this past February.
Thank you.

Since no substantive replies yet, I would suggest Goggling lemon law lawyers in your area. I tried it and there were some choices by state. I'm no fan of lawyers. As a group, they are only correct 50% of the time. But you are emotionally involved now, and that's not a good way to go at them. Because you'll wind up talking with their legal dept who are paid to try to wear you down.
I don't know which state you are located, but here in Florida, I sent a registered Motor Vehicle Defect Notification (first step of the Lemon Law)to Dodge Headquarter.
Few days after I was contacted by the regional head, my Durango was sent to the Dealer to be fix, they had 10 days to resolve the issue, and they did....

Thanks guys.
I already know what and how the Lemon Law works here. It takes three attempts for them to fix and that is pretty much it. Nice written Law actually.
What I was looking for is how many people here on the forum have already done the Lemon Law against Chrysler for 2011-13 Durango's and for what reasons.
I am trying to judge how many of these trucks have fallen into the POS category along with trying to see how many have sued them over this smoking issue along with others.
I just posted in another thread about the NEW flash that just came out for the issue. I found out today when calling to have them try the second time around to do nothing on fixing the issue. When the service tech called me back he told me that the owner of the dealership called the big "C" to see if anything was out yet and sure enough it was. Last week it was not.
I really hope this new flash works because I have a few other issues with the truck (suspension, A/C vent falling out etc..) and want all this fixed so I can hopefully begin to really enjoy our new toy.
If not fixed, I shall be getting my money back plus some and getting another vehicle from another manufacture.
