Angry My bumper is slowly coming off!?!?

Hello all. First time poster, long time lurker since I got my DD Crew in 2011.

I have the infamous front bumper alignment/ fitment issue. I didn't notice it until a few weeks after I bought it. I took it in once to the dealer and basically got blown off so I just decided to live with it but now I'm not so sure (See below photos)...LOL. I recently noticed that a CRACK has started to develop by where the bumper meets the headlamp area on both sides. It's almost like the weight of the bumper is dropping it and the weight is causing this crack. I'm not sure what else to contribute it to and will happily take any ideas.

At that same time I also noticed that the driver side mirror housing was expanding and cracking so I got that replaced under warranty. That lasted for a few months before the new one started doing the same thing too.

I was just curious as to how many others have these issues and any ideas on what I can do about it now that I'm over 36k.

I'm not here to bash the DD or Dodge. I love my truck. As you can see from the photos, I just spent $1k on nice new Continental CrossContact LX20s for it. I just wish it had been put together a little bit better on the exterior. Other exterior issues are a misaligned driver door and tail lights that are not held in solid (I can put my finger on them and move the lights with it).

I have the infamous "I'll pop right back if you press me" issue as well on my '13 and plan to address it on my first service visit. It's all mounted well, just sticks out a bit. Yes.....welcome to American fit and finish. Put my flaps on the other day and noticed a hole where the snap fastener that holds the fender liner to the fender....was missing.

You're stuff is all warranty work. Just show them and if the dealer does nothing, go higher on the food chain. Starting with the general manager. You have great photos as "evidence".

totally unacceptable, I bet they tell you your truck was hit and that's why the bumper is the way it is. Looks like a lot of force pushing on the bumper to cause it to tear. Good luck hope it get replaced under warranty for you.

My '12 RT is at a second dealer now to try and get the bumper issue resolved - mine pops out on that corner under the driver side headlight. I was told by the dealer that I bought it from that they ordered new brackets for it - it was fine for about 3 weeks, but then I noticed it had popped out again.

What really worries me is that there is a hairline like "crease" which follows the cracks in the bumper all the way to the end. You can kind of see it better in the passenger side pic. I am worried that the crack will expand even more along this crease. Right now it's not real noticeable but I'm afraid it will soon.

I just hit 36k a few weeks ago so I don't think warranty will do any more. Does it matter that I at least got the issue documented with the dealer after I bought it while still under warranty?

One more thing regarding the bumper issue- I was pretty much told that the bumper issue is normal. I strongly disagree. I work nights and snuck onto a Dodge lot one night and checked out every DD in the lot for this issue. My non-scientific study indicated that the majority of DD's did not have this issue and worst of all, of the ones that did have it, none of them had it as bad as mines! LOL.
