My 2013 R/T has a lot of bark but not a lot of bite. Options?
The dry filter is just that its dry "non oiled" it was my preference as the mopar is a dry. K&N for years have been the oiled type and when re-oiled by people they tend to over oil and can cause a sensor problem. Some dealerships have denied warranty with oiled filters -
2 things : Try the pedal recalibration process.
From FSTDANGO3 in another post
Do the factory pedal calibration it helps. Sit in the D and do not touch the brake pedal. Now push the start button twice until it gets to run(again dont actually start or touch brake) Now slowly push the pedal all the way to the floor and slowly let it come all the way back up. Now hit the start button again to turn everything off. Start your D normally and see if the pedal is a little more responsive now.
Do you have a tow/haul button? Press the button and drive normally, it changes the transmission shift points.
I have the AFE dry CAI and love it.

Why is everyone on this site using Hypertech instead of Bullydog or Diablo?
I understand the whole encryption deal however dealerships primarily check for number of flashes to a PCM, they don't dig for code. I had a Bullydog in my RAM and I for one would just like being able to uninstall a tune vs. having to unplug multiple sensors and undo all of the hidden wiring from the Hypertech. Sounds like a pain. I would also venture to say the Bullydog and Diablo canned tunes are better than the Hypertech. Diable gives you custom tuning abilities as well. Both tuners, Bullydog and Diablo, offer monitoring.
So why is the Hypertech so popular? lol

For me I went with Price, then I hit my negative terminal on the install by accident with my fuse box all because the 50c rubber protector wasnt on the terminal. So scared the bejesus out of me and I sold it on here. I like the idea of the Diablo, but from price point it is pretty steep. I think there was other threads on here about these two tuners and as I am not too savy on these Ill let the rest of the boys chime in, but Hypertech has the rule of the roost on here it seems and everyone loves them including Rich who I sold mine to.
You would think with all of the guys on here running larger rim/tire combo's as well as intakes and exhaust they would want to be able to calibrate their speedometer and monitor ambient vs. intake temps and such.
I will probably buy another Bullydog Hemi plus tuner for the Durango. I loved it in my RAM, night and day difference from stock, especially running the 89 or 93 octane tunes!

The Diablo just became available for the 13's so after giving a little time for bugs to work out Ill most likely switch.
The Bully Dog from what I am reading is doing nothing much for performance.
As far as Tire size goes we are all not oversizing our tires where it becomes night and day with the speedo.
Keep us posted on the Bully Dog so we have some real world comparisons
