Default '14 durango R/T thoughts

I put about 50 miles on today. I thought I'd share a few thoughts thus far. It's darn near perfect, just a few things I'd change etc
  • I'd love a storage section in the center stack like the WK2. I'd be nice to leave my iPod plugged in and hidden. either that or bring back the USB in the Arm Rest.
  • It seems to take a long time for commands to reach the car from the Uconnect smartphone client.
  • Not a huge fan of the shift **** but will get over it.
Other than that it's everything I expected so far.to

The one thing I need to change are the polished "Dodge" letters on the tailgate. Any ideas? I don't want them gone would just prefer to make them black.

Plast Dip them. If you don't like it, then just peel it off.

Yes, you new owners should not be out enjoying your new Durangos! You need to get in here and feed us any crumbs of info you have!

And I swear the exhaust sounds better on the '14 than before. The two videos I have seen of people reviewing the R/T sound beautiful. I was kinda on the fence between a Citadel and R/T but I would have to hear the difference. I actually like the chrome accents and wheels on the Citadel, so it confuses my brain.

Agreed sure sounds better in the video. Im dying to at least test drive one just to play with the tiptronics and see how the shifting is. Found a black on at a dealer in Miami, really like the look of the stock wheels on this black one.

Now to determine how upside down I am if I decided to trade.
