Default Nitto Terra Grapplers - Thoughts?

I decided to get rid of the 265 50 R 20 Forterras currently on my 2013 Crew after having had these tires before and really not thrilled with their perfomance in wet/snowy weather. I'm leaning towards the Nitto Terra Grapplers but am confused about which size. I know I can get the same size as the OEMs but I like the idea of bumping up to the 275 55R 20s. Before pulling the tirgger it would be great if I can get some thoughts on the two sizes- pros/cons, experiences, etc. My main concerns with the 275 55R 20s are how correctly calibrate the speedo (is that even possible / something any tire shop can do, or is it a dealer issue?) and whether or not there is any rubbing? I know some folks use spacers with the larger tires, but would like to avoid that if at all possible. Also, I would definitely install a 1-1.75" leveling kit at some point, but am not sure how much additional stress/wear that would put on the front end.
Thanks!

With that larger tire your speedo will read 3 mph slow at 60 mph. So speedometer says 60 you are actually going 63 and so on.

I had the Terra Grapplers on my Sport Trac that I traded in for the Durango and they are great tires. They definitely give you more of an off road look. I like the more street aggressive look for this particular vehicle but those Nittos will work great for your use!

If they had a small lift for the Durango I think they would look great. You might need a few more mods to create that pre runner look that the tires will Nittos will end up giving you.

They are great tires though, no doubt!

I run the Terra Grappler on the Ram and I'm satisfied.

Check out the new Nitto Crosstek. i just put a set of the stock 18's on my D and they've been great so far in the dry and heavy wet. Snow will be the next test

Thanks for the input. Will probably go with the stock size Terra Grapplers- tirebuyer.com has them for a decent price plus there's a coupon code that will knock off 10%.

fishandgrits - I get what you're saying. Have side steps already and am leaning towards a Rocky Road Outfitters front end leveling kit, there's a number that have good success with it over on the Jeep WK2 forums.

To me, Terra Grapplers are one of the best AT tires. I had a set and they performed well on and off the road. Had no problems with them.
