Nitto Terra Grapplers - Thoughts?

I decided to get rid of the 265 50 R 20 Forterras currently on my 2013 Crew after having had these tires before and really not thrilled with their perfomance in wet/snowy weather. I'm leaning towards the Nitto Terra Grapplers but am confused about which size. I know I can get the same size as the OEMs but I like the idea of bumping up to the 275 55R 20s. Before pulling the tirgger it would be great if I can get some thoughts on the two sizes- pros/cons, experiences, etc. My main concerns with the 275 55R 20s are how correctly calibrate the speedo (is that even possible / something any tire shop can do, or is it a dealer issue?) and whether or not there is any rubbing? I know some folks use spacers with the larger tires, but would like to avoid that if at all possible. Also, I would definitely install a 1-1.75" leveling kit at some point, but am not sure how much additional stress/wear that would put on the front end.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Thanks for the input. Will probably go with the stock size Terra Grapplers- tirebuyer.com has them for a decent price plus there's a coupon code that will knock off 10%.
fishandgrits - I get what you're saying. Have side steps already and am leaning towards a Rocky Road Outfitters front end leveling kit, there's a number that have good success with it over on the Jeep WK2 forums.
