Default Retrofit projector in Durango fog lamp...need help

Hi

I am thinking to fit a small projector lens with H11 bulb inside my 2012 Durango crew foglamp so I wonder if I do this fitting then is there any problem with electricity? The normal fog lamp bulb is 25watt while the H11 is 55. Do I have to increase fuse load??

Thanks for help

Fuse size, wire size, and relay. Or use the factory wiring and use a secondary relay and wire it to the battery.

Why 55w? Thatll be maybe to bright to oncoming traffic

My 2011 Crew Fog lamps are plastic housing and I heard that there is a chance of them melting from the 55w. I installed the Blinglight BL5000K lights with very little effort instead. I now have driving lights that are functional instead of just for show.

Ive ran 35 w ddm hids 4500k for 6-8 months. Noticed that the housing is starting to melt. Took them out and put traditional bulbs back in.

In my '08 Chrysler Aspen I put 3000k yellow hid fog lights and had never had an issue with melting of the housings. I'm wondering if that could be the hottest one can have of a bulb in our current 3rd gen D's because we all know how through time things only get cheaper made to save on money. I've also thought to see who here have installed 3000k hid lights down there and what there outcome has been. I'm thinking of doing it any ways and risk the expense of a $50 hid kit vs a fog light housing. Are there any replacement aftermarket lights that fit with little to no modding of the area such as the piaa 510 series
