I have a new 2013 Durango Citadel which came with two key FOB's and I want to purchase a third one and program it as a spare. I did this with my 2009 Jeep GC and my new 2002 Jeep GC but now the manual says I have to go to the dealer to get it programmed. Has something changed that I can no longer program a third key FOB when I have two working Key FOB's?
