MPG towing
RI to NH all highway, towing a 12' with 5 foot v nose trailer "empty" 1300 lbs. 60-65 mph faithfully.
Sit down..... 11.69 mpg. 228 miles 19.5 gallons. math and digital readout said 12.4
This is with the Hypertech not installed. Was very windy. temp around 40. 91 octane shell.
Lets see what today brings with 89 Irving and 1000 lbs of Skidoo's in the trailer on the way home.

I have been averaging 13mpg towing my boat and trailer. Nice step up from the 11mpg I averaged with my RAM.

I got 18 pulling my boat this summer that 2500lbs heavier. Winter gas gave me a big hit.

I only manage 11-12 mpg towing this. My 2012 4Runner did 1/2 mpg better but struggled a lot more. Go figure.

12.2 MPG , 220 miles on the way home with 1000 lbs in her, Ran 68-72 mph and the motor was in a better rpm range than at 60-65.
