Are the body panels on a 2013 and 2014 DD the same? Best running boards?

These are the OEM running boards for the 3rd generation "D." It did take a while for these to become available from the dealer (07/13). I think 'DZ' has been tasked with making them for Chrysler. The RBs have a chrome insert within the all black step platform. This chrome insert in turn reflects off the lower portion of the doors. There are three bolt-on brackets that securely hold each RB in place. The brackets do sit just under the rocker panel and get covered in the end with a plastic piece for finish look.

Dodge only have the non-bar style with chrome lines on it. I want all black.

What body panels are different on a 2013 and 2014 DD? I like some of the chrome features on the Mopar Citadel, like the chrome grill & accents and "DURANGO" door sills. I love the red stiching and silver interior pieces on the R/T, but don't like "DODGE" door sills. I am looking for accessories online and trying to figure out what it would cost me to add some of the Citadel stuff to a R/T, but everything is listed to fit up to 2013 for now.

What about running boards? Any good bolt on ones out there that don't require drilling? I don't like the metal tube style too much, but if it easy to install I might go that route since they are cheap and I could replace them when they rust out.
